Move freely. Live fully.

Mobility

A wheelchair is more than equipment — it's your independence. For custom mobility — custom manual chairs, scooters and power wheelchairs — our licensed Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) work with your doctor and therapist to evaluate, fit and support your equipment across Mississippi and Alabama.

  • Licensed ATPs
  • Custom seating evaluations
  • Local repair service

Have questions about your equipment?

Custom manual or power wheelchair?

Custom mobility has its own process. It can take 6–8 weeks, depending on your insurance and your doctor.
  1. 1

    Doctor orders an evaluation

Your doctor sends us an order for a mobility evaluation.

  2. 2

    We check your coverage

We review your insurance coverage for custom equipment. Final cost isn't known until approval.

  3. 3

    Therapist & ATP evaluate together

Your therapist and our ATP evaluate your seating and mobility needs at the same visit.

  4. 4

    Doctor signs the order

The evaluation and order go back to your doctor for signature.

  5. 5

    Insurance authorization

We send the signed order to your insurance and wait for approval.

  6. 6

    Chair is built

Once approved, we order your chair from the manufacturer.

  7. 7

    Delivery & fitting

We deliver your chair, adjust it to fit and show you how to use it.
